Dane System - a full automatic frame processing system
For the first time in the world, a full automatic frame processing system with frames coming direct from the printing machines into this system. Processes can include reclaiming ink/stencil, pre-drying, drying in pass-through magazines, coating, drying, imaging CTS, scanning exposure, developing, controlled drying and finally the frame comes out ready for printing.
All Dane machines can be part of a full automated Dane System.
Dane Wash - automatic wash in-line
The Dane Wash is an in-line ink and stencil removal system, and is available in three models: Wash 380, Wash 250 and Wash 125. This totally closed and fully automated system cleans screens thoroughly and effectively in a single working process. The frame handling can be fully automated by adding Dane Frame Magazines.
The Dane Wash CD 400 is a compact and totally closed in-line ink and stencil removal system for thorough and effective reclaiming of CD frames in a single working process.
The Dane Coater provides fully uniform coating of screens from frame to frame, perfect for direct emulsions and secures a high quality final result - a 'must' for screen printing houses.
The Dane Exposure Processor is a compact in-line scanning exposure unit that provides an always constant and precise exposure of direct emulsions and capillary stencils. Designed for computer-to-screen imaged frames and by having the frames exposed outside the computer-to-screen machine ensures efficiency is maximised.
The Dane Stencil Processor provides fully uniform developing from frame to frame, perfect for all types of direct emulsions and capillary films and secures a high quality final result. For ordinary contact copying, direct projection and also for computer-to-screen printing.
The Dane Frame Magazines can function as frame handling as well as frame drying magazines, and ensures problem-free handling of frames, whether large, small, lightweight or heavy. They can be supplemented in connection with Dane Wash machines, Dane Stencil Processors and Dane Exposure Processors. Dane Squeegee Grinder - Automatic and Manual
The Dane Squeegee Grinder is capable of grinding any width. Its unique belt grinding system prevents grinding particles from clogging and gives excellent cooling properties due to the small contact area and the big, solid, heat-dissipating, belt-drive wheels. It is available in two versions, a manual and a semi-automatic model.
The Dane Split comes in two models, the Dane Split 100 and the more compact Dane Split 50 model. They can be used for front and back splits of all types of self-adhesive materials - even the thinnest.
