Thinners and Solvents

Thinners are added to Solvent based screen inks to optimise the flow and curing charateristics of an ink to the current printing conditions. Factors such as print room temperature, the grade of mesh being used and the type of print being produced (spot colour or 4-colour process) can influence what thinner may be appropriate.
