Dirasol RAPID & Dirasol 25

Diazo Photostencil Emulsions

Dirasol Rapid is formulated for use with solvent-based and UV curing inks in graphic and speciality screen printing. Dirasol Rapid is one of the fastest exposing diazo emulsions available offering ultra-fast exposure & excellent mechanical resistance.

Dirasol 25 is specially formulated for printers of T-shirts, sports and fashion wear, using water-based or plastisol inks. Dirasol 25 is a reclaimable emulsion for fabric printing using plastisols or
water-based inks, adhesives and pastes. Dirasol 25 is not resistant to a water/solvent mix. Dirasol 25 offers excellent mesh bridging, good see-through for easy registration/setting up and can be water proofed with Sericure Stencil Hardener.

Dirasol 915, Dirasol 916, Dirasol 917 and Dirasol 950

Diazo-Photopolymer Photostencil Emulsions

The combination of Diazo and Photopolymer chemistry has created photostencil systems capable of the highest standards of printing for all applications and ink systems.

Dirasol 915 is resistant to all graphic, speciality and textile inks.
Formulated to overcome static problems in high humidity conditions,
caused by extreme climatic conditions or poorly ventilated work
areas.

Dirasol 916 is a universal graphic emulsion. It offers superb
definition for use with all graphic ink systems. Highly resistant to
water-based UV graphic ink systems.

Dirasol 917 is specifically designed for high quality printing using conventional UV and Solvent-based inks. Fast exposure speed, and
very easy decoating. Particularly suitable for producing wet-on-dry or
face coated stencils.

Dirasol 950 is specifically formulated for use with automatic coating
machines, its high solids content (50%) provides excellent stencil build
and edge definition with a 1+1 coating. Recommended for graphic
and speciality printing.

Dirasol 125 & Dirasol 132

Photopolymer Photostencil Emulsions

These pre-sensitised photostencil emulsions offer distinct production advantages without compromising quality
and performance.

Dirasol 125 is specifically formulated for plastisol and water-based inks used by textile printers. Dirasol 125 requires very short exposure times.

Dirasol 132 has the same production advantages but is designed for graphic and industrial printing.

Dirasol Zenith

Triple Cure Emulsion

Dirasol Zenith incorporates a unique triple-cure process
based on ionic bonding, to ensure optimal cross-link
density when exposed to UV light. This enables Zenith to
combine the toughness and print quality of a traditional
dual cure emulsion with unrivalled ease of processing and
dependable performance. Dirasol Zenith is particularly
suitable for printing high quality graphic POP work and for
use in automatic screen cleaning equipment or where lowpressure
water only is available.

PLUS 2000

Diazo Sensitised Solvent Resistant Direct Emulsion

PLUS 2000 is a high quality, 34% solids, pigmented aqueous emulsion of water dispersible polymers and monomers, supplied with diazo powder sensitiser.

PLUS 6000

Diazo Sensitised Water Resistant Direct Emulsion

PLUS 6000 is a high quality, 44% solids, pigmented aqueous emulsion of water dispersible polymers and monomers, supplied with diazo powder sensitiser.

PLUS 7000

Diazo Sensitised Water & Solvent Resistant Direct Emulsion

PLUS 7000 is a highly quality, 34% solids, pigmented aqueous emulsion of water dispersible polymers and monomers, supplied with diazo powder sensitiser.

PLUS 8000

Autosol 9000

Pre-sensitised Photopolymer Garment Printing Emulsion

Autosol 9000 is an SBQ based photopolymer direct emulsion. It has been formulated specifically for the production of photostencils used for screen printing garments. Autosol 9000 is a very high solids, fast exposing emulsion and is intended for use with garment printing inks that do not contain water.
